All prices shown below are excluding Swedish VAT (25%).

Early bird: 5500 SEK
Normal: 6500 SEK

Students (ID required):
Early bird: 4000 SEK
Normal: 5000 SEK

Accompanying person:

Ticket for accompanying persons can be acquired through the registration above. Please note that the accompanying person can only register after a full registration is completed.

Available social events for accompanying persons:
Welcome reception: 400 SEK
Uppsala Castle Banquet: 700 SEK

Payment options:

• Most major card companies are accepted. Please note that the payment provider does not accept American Express.
• For participants from outside Sweden: An invoice for payment by bank transfer, will be sent as a pdf attachment in a separate e-mail. Invoices are created manually and could take a few days to process.
• For Swedish participants: An invoice will be sent primarily electronically (e-faktura) to your company/organisation. If your company/organisation cannot receive an electronic invoice, the invoice will be sent to you by email.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation
Cancellations should be made in writing to the conference secretariat. If you cancel a still unpaid invoice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of SEK 750.

• Cancellations made by 2 May, 2025: the total amount will be refunded except for the cancellation fee, SEK 750.
• Cancellations made after 2 May will not be refunded.
• Cancellations of only separate activities or meals are non-refundable.

Change of Name
