Dear Speakers and Poster presenters,
We are looking forward to seeing you all in Uppsala. Please find some information about how to prepare you presentation:
Posters:
The boards are size A0 in portrait orientation. The poster hall is at SLU campus, and thus posters can be hanged starting Monday.
Talks:
To ensure that the sessions run smoothly please ensure that you upload your talk before your session starts. Please note that each room will have a separate computer. Someone from the conference will be available 30 minutes before the session starts to help you transfer your presentation and verify that it runs as intended. The conference will use Windows computers and PowerPoint, and the format of the projector screen is 16:9.

Important dates
14 January 2025: Registration and abstract submission opens
15 April 2025: Final date for early bird registration and submission of abstracts to be considered for oral presentations
6 May 2025: Selected oral presenters will be informed
13 May 2025: Final closing of abstract submission (Posters and invited speakers)
15 June 2025: Start ISABC17
